This page covers what happens to your details when you use this website. It is short because this website does very little with them, and every claim below is one you can verify from your own browser.

What we collect

Only what you type into the audit form: your name, your company, your website, your current monthly marketing spend, and the problem you selected. Our server also records the IP address the form was sent from, which is used to stop automated spam and nothing else.

We do not ask for a phone number and we do not ask for payment details anywhere on this site.

Why we collect it

To run the audit you asked for and to reply to you with it. That is the only purpose.

Who else sees it

Nobody. We do not sell, rent, or share your details, and we do not pass them to advertising networks or data brokers. They reach our email inbox and stop there.

Does this site use cookies or analytics?

No. This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, no advertising pixels and no third-party scripts. As of 24 September 2026 it makes no request to any other domain at all: the typefaces are served from this site rather than from Google Fonts, so no outside company receives your IP address when you read a page here. You can check this yourself: open your browser's network panel and look at what loads.

What happens to the details I put in the audit form?

They reach our email inbox and stop there. They are used to run the audit you asked for and to reply to you, and for nothing else. We do not sell, rent or share them, and we do not pass them to advertising networks or data brokers.

How long we keep it

Audit requests stay in our email for as long as the conversation is useful, and are deleted on request. The spam-protection record of your IP address is discarded after one hour.

How do I get my details deleted?

Email contact@bva.agency and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. There is no form, no account and no verification hoops, because there is no database to look you up in.

If you are in California, the CCPA gives you those rights explicitly, including the right not to be discriminated against for using them. We do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of.

Email we send you

We only email you about the audit you requested. If we ever start a newsletter, it will be something you opt into, and every message will carry a working unsubscribe link and our postal address, as the CAN-SPAM Act requires of commercial email.
