The three plans

Published, because you should not have to ask.

Every plan starts with the audit, because spending on content before knowing whether a crawler can read the site is how most budgets get wasted.

  • Full SEO and GEO audit, delivered in writing
  • Google Business Profile set up and optimized
  • Answer pages, structured data and consistent listings, so the facts about you are readable and agree with each other
  • One landing page built to convert
Start here

Best if you want to know where you stand before committing to anything monthly. Nothing renews.

Full System

  • Everything in Growth, plus:
  • End-to-end lead generation, from first touch to booked opportunity
  • Continuous GEO across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and AI Overviews

Talk about scope

The performance fee is agreed in writing before we start, with the attribution rules written down. No surprise invoices.

Which one

What actually decides it.

Not company size. Three questions settle it faster than a discovery call.

01

Can machines read you today?

If the free short audit comes back with an empty body or a blocked crawler, the problem is technical and no amount of content fixes it. That is Starter, and it may be all you need. We will say so if it is.

02

Do you have pages worth citing?

Being readable is not the same as being quotable. If the site is readable but says nothing a buyer would ask, the gap is content, and content is a monthly job rather than a one-time fix. That is Growth.

03

Does anything happen after a form fill?

Traffic and citations are worth nothing if an enquiry lands in an inbox and waits three days. When the missing piece is the follow-up itself, the work runs from first touch to booked opportunity. That is Full System.

What the price does not cover

The four things that are not in it.

A price is only useful if you also know its edges. These are ours.

Advertising spend

You pay the platform directly, at cost, and we never mark it up or take a percentage of it. If we run ads for you, you see the same invoice Google or LinkedIn sends.

Third-party software

A CRM, an email sending tool or a rank tracker you choose to keep is billed to you by whoever sells it. We will tell you before anything is set up what it costs and whether a free tier covers you.

Video, sound and translation

Quoted separately when you want them, because the range is too wide to publish a single number honestly. Production is where this company started, so the work is done rather than subcontracted blind.

Any promise about position or date

No ranking position, and no date by which an engine re-crawls you. Nobody outside those companies knows, and a date is the easiest thing to promise and the hardest to keep. What is committed to is delivery, on the date written down.

No money-back guarantee, and we would rather say so plainly. Growth is month to month: you can leave any month and keep everything we built, including the accounts it was published from. We think that protects you better than a refund policy with conditions attached.

FAQ

The questions that come before a call.

How much does B2B SEO and GEO cost?

At BVA Marketing: 497 dollars one time for the audit and the technical setup, 1,497 dollars a month for ongoing content, automation and reporting, and 2,997 dollars setup plus an agreed performance fee for end-to-end lead generation. Every plan starts with the audit, and the monthly plan runs month to month with no minimum term.

Is the audit really free?

The short audit is free and arrives in writing, usually within two business days. It covers the status code and readable word count each crawler receives on your homepage, whether your robots.txt and sitemap.xml are real files, and whether the raw HTML carries a title, a meta description and an h1. It is free because it is the part we have automated. The full audit, which goes well beyond the homepage, is 497 dollars and is the first part of the Starter plan. The difference is set out on the audit page.

Is there a contract or a minimum term?

No minimum term on the monthly plan. It runs month to month, and if you leave you keep the content, the pages and the automations, including the accounts they were published from. Starter is a one-time purchase that renews nothing.

Do you offer a money-back guarantee?

No, and we would rather say so plainly than write one with conditions attached that make it unusable. The monthly plan being cancellable at any month, with everything built staying yours, protects a buyer more than a refund policy does.

What is not included in the price?

Advertising spend, which you pay to the platform directly and we never mark up. Third-party software you choose to keep after the engagement. Translation and video production, which are quoted separately. And any promise about a ranking position or a date by which an engine re-crawls you, because neither is ours to control.

Why publish prices when most agencies quote on request?

Because a price behind a form is a price you cannot compare, and a buyer who has to book a call to learn a number usually leaves. Publishing also means the figures are readable by the assistants people now ask before they ever reach a website, and a page that answers the cost question can be cited where a contact form cannot.
